The Phantom Blocker by Triton Audio is a practical tool for blocking a phantom power supply while allowing an audio signal to pass through. This protects devices that are connected to a preamp or mixing console via XLR, but that do not accept phantom power. Some older preamps are sensitive to phantom power directly at the input, and do not accept phantom power from another source, which means one high-voltage peak can overload the transformer. The same goes for unbalanced TS to XLR connections; the third pin in an XLR connector that's connected to the ground short-circuits. The Phantom Blocker prevents this from happening and ensures your equipment is protected and functioning properly!

Ottimo prodotto, ha risolto brillantemente un problema di disturbo audio generato da uno switch microfonico XLR a pedale percorso da alimentazione Phantom. Inserendolo fra l'uscita dello switch e la linea di ingresso ha tolto quel fastidiosissimo "clic" che si sentiva nelle Casse ogni volta che si agiva sullo switch.
